Hatha Flow + Restorative Yoga Workshops
Over the last few years I have really enjoyed teaching a popular series of workshops in North and East London (at studios Project Me in Crouch End, Yogaloom in Muswell Hill, The Laboratory Health Club and Spa in Muswell Hill, and most recently, Yoga On The Lane in Hackney. These workshops reflect what I have learnt so far about what makes a balanced yoga practice: a practice that both energises and gently challenges, whilst also recognising the benefit of a restorative practice which allows for deep rest and relaxation. Expect supported restorative postures using bolsters, blocks, blankets to start, leading into gentle stretches and some more strengthening, energising hatha postures, before winding down and finally deep relaxation.
Having moved back to North London recently, I will be looking to teach more of these workshops in the coming year, and will be on the lookout for a nice studio space to teach in. To stay updated, do email the address below to be added to my mailing list for the next one in 2024!
